Chestnut wood cutting station fully mechanised by diameter, length and wood quality to meet our customers’ specific requirements, from 3 cm to 35 cm in diameter and in any length.
Wood is sorted into individual boxes, according to length and quality, as we have around twenty different products.
Debarking machine for all small diameters. (Poles and logs for stiles).
A second debarking station for larger diameters and a pointing machine for making posts. All the trellis poles are pointed one by one.
The chestnut wood is split entirely by hand.
The mechanised trellising machine can meet orders for different lengths and spacings according to market demand.
